Please Read Carefully

 The item must be returned with all tickets intact. Do not remove the ticket from any of our products. It must also be UNWORN and in its ORIGINAL packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation enclosed. If you do not follow these simple rules the ITEM is unfortunately NOT refundable.


We stock all rings in the weights specified on the item page. All our rings will be considered as suitable if they are within an acceptable trade tolerance.


We try to ensure that all our prices are clearly displayed and that there are no hidden extra costs.

The final payment will always be shown at the check-out. By placing an order through our website, you are agreeing to buy the ring at that price.


We accept payment by PayPal only.

Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

In some cases, we will contact you before we dispatch the ring. We will discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned.

This especially occurs if the item is of high value, e.g. a full Diamond Eternity Ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 28-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior the dispatch if this is the case.


We are prepared to exchange one item for another, as long as the ring is received in the same condition it was sent in. All tags must be fully intact and not removed. Please also note that we will not exchange or replace rings that have been damaged by the wearer.

Please note it is your responsibility to order the correct ring size for your finger. We will not exchange rings free of charge.

Damaged Goods:

We are responsible for manufacturer's faults only.

We are not responsible for any other damage. Items must be returned within 28 days. Items purchased beyond 28 days will not be accepted. You must email us straight away.

Please ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. All goods must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service this is a tracked postage service ensuring the item is fully insured during transit. 


A ring will not be considered if it shows scratches more quickly than anticipated, with no exceptions. We will not replace a lost diamond free of charge, unless it happens within the first 28 days of the date we dispatched the ring.


You will receive a full invoice for your purchase, which most insurance companies will accept as a valuation for the item. If you need any more documentation we may charge for this service.

Third Party

Your guarantee is invalidated if you allow a third party to resize any of our rings and work on a piece of jewellery from us.

Hallmarks and Certification

All of our jewellery is hallmarked by the British Assay Office.

Delivery and Ownership of Goods

We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which means that items sent by us are fully insured until delivered and signed for. After that they are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly advise customers to use this service in the event of sending any valuable items in the post either to us or any third party. Recorded Delivery should not be used for sending jewellery.

All payments must be cleared before dispatch.

Ring Resizing

Some rings cannot be resized, so please read this information carefully and be sure of your ring size before purchasing.

Please note: We generally do not resize by just half a size, as the difference will be barely noticeable. Full Eternity Rings cannot be resized. A new ring would have to be ordered at your cost.

We cannot emphasise enough how important it is for you to make sure you have ordered the correct ring size. To exchange ring sizes will incur an additional cost of approximately £20 plus postage and packaging.
