Please Read Carefully

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in case you are not, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund on your purchase if it is returned to us within 28 days from receipt.

 The item must be returned with all tickets intact. Do not remove the ticket from any of our products. It must also be UNWORN and in its ORIGINAL packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation enclosed. If you do not follow these simple rules the ITEM is unfortunately NOT refundable.

Please note it is your responsibility to order the correct ring size for your finger. We will not exchange ring sizes free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Damaged Goods:

We are responsible for manufacturer's faults only. We are not responsible for any other damage. Items must be returned within 28 days, with invoice number stated.

Please ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.  All goods must be sent by Special Delivery.

Orders paid using PayPal, Interest Free Credit can only be refunded once received back at our Head Office in Huddersfield.
